London’s first ever spring migration bird watching festival kicks off May 5!
Nature London, Bird Friendly London, and the London Public Library are collaborating to present The Bird Friendly London Migration Festival. As the warblers and other songbirds are flying north, we will be co-hosting guided hikes and indoor presentations to engage London’s new and experienced bird watchers in the enjoyment and conservation of birds. The weekend festival will kick-off on Thursday, May 5 with an evening of birds at the London Public Library’s Wolf Performance Hall in downtown London and hikes are being planned at London’s ESA’s and parks for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you are interested in volunteering and being a part of this exciting event contact Stacey Jaczko at firstname.lastname@example.org.
