If you have received a Nature London email confirmation of registration for a field trip and you cannot attend, it is good to cancel and free the space for someone on the waiting list. You can cancel by replying to your confirmation email or reminder email. If the event was booked through Eventbrite or another group, you would have to cancel through them.

Cade Tract Walk (NL Members Only)
Saturday, May 10 @ 9:30 am – 11:30 am
Explore the many habitats of the Cade Tract, a fairly new property owned by the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority, west of St. Marys. This former farm was donated to the UTRCA by Barnby Cade and restoration efforts are ongoing. We’ll view a cool water stream, a new wetland creation, a young prairie, thickets and a mature woodlot. We’ll focus on identifying the native and non-native plants and watch for birds. There are some managed trails, but the vegetation can the thick so long pants and sturdy boots or rubber boots are advised. We may cross the creek if levels are low enough.
Meet at the little parking lot at 4695 Perth Road Line 5, Granton, just south of Rannoch, south of Perth Rd 139. If there is no room in the parking lot, park on the road shoulder (west side).
The hike may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather.
