Registration is required for “members only” events. Also, we ask unwell members to refrain from attending.
If you have received a Nature London email confirmation of registration for a field trip and you cannot attend, it is good to cancel and free the space for someone on the waiting list. You can cancel by replying to your confirmation email or reminder email. If the event was booked through Eventbrite or another group, you would have to cancel through them.

Late Summer Birds and Plants

MEMBERS ONLY – REGISTRATION REQUIRED
We will walk mostly paved paths looking at late summer plants and birds. As the trail is easy to follow, those who want a shorter walk may head back at their leisure.
Meet by the yellow poles at the start of the paved path south of the washroom building by the large, fenced soccer field at the back of the sports fields at the west end of Kipps Lane at the intersection with Adelaide (behind the water treatment plant, south of the Adelaide bridge). Keep to the right when entering off Adelaide, past all of the beach volleyball courts.
If possible, bring binoculars and a phone with Google Lens to help with plant identification.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE UNWELL.
Webmaster’s directions: Take Kipp’s Lane west of Adelaide. Keep to the right. Pass the fenced beach volleyball courts. Park near the dead end. Assemble at the yellow posts shown in the photo.
