Winter Birding near Strathroy, Warwick, and Sarnia – Cathy McCrea (Members Only)
Saturday, January 17 @ 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Our first stop will be to look for Snowy owls north of Strathroy. Next, we will visit the site of a Bald eagle nest in Warwick village, where we often find some songbirds.
After a break, we will follow Michigan Line into Sarnia, visiting various locations along the way. We will stop for lunch at a Tim Horton’s in Sarnia.
Dress warmly. Bring water, snacks, binoculars, and a spotting scope, if possible.
We will do a bit of walking in Canatara Park in Sarnia.
Meet at the Tim Hortons at 1255 Fanshawe Park Road West, near Sunripe.
