This form is to be filled in by anyone who would like a indoor/virtual meeting added to the Events Calendar. E.g., an Indoor or Birding Wing Meeting Coordinator. Fill in all fields and click the SUBMIT button. A copy of your responses will be emailed to the corresponding meeting coordinator(s). The meeting coordinator(s) can make any adjustments to the information (you have to click forward first to enable editing) before sending on to the Webmaster.
