  • All Indoor Events and Birding Wing Events are held at the London Civic Garden Complex, unless indicated otherwise. See the event details for location specifics.

We will drive up Highway 4 to the north end of Clinton to visit various sites within Hullett WMA for some early spring birding. Bring a lunch or visit a restaurant in Clinton. Be prepared for muddy conditions.

Binoculars or camera is recommended. Birds typically found here include: robins, sparrows, goldfinches, downy and red bellied wood peckers, nuthatches great blue herons, mallards, wood ducks, chickadees, cardinals, red-tailed hawk and turkey vultures. We may also see a beaver, muskrat or some turtles.

Hike a fairly easy trail around the Dorchester Mill Pond. We will be looking for historical mill ruins along with any early spring migrants, plants, flowers and animals.
